Made-to-Order Products

All items on Warmfaith are made to order. This means that once you place an order, we begin producing the item specifically for you. Each product is created individually to ensure the best quality and attention to detail.

Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All items are made to order and processed within 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday).

• Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
• Orders placed before the cut-off time are processed the same business day
• Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed the next business day

Handling time includes production and packaging before shipment.

Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Shipping times vary by destination:

• United States: 7–15 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Rest of the World: 14–20 business days (Monday–Friday)

Transit time is calculated from the date the order is shipped.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time (handling + transit):

• United States: 12–25 business days
• Rest of the World: 19–30 business days

All delivery estimates are based on business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
