We strive to ensure that all products meet our quality standards before shipping. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

👉 We do NOT require customers to return items.
All issues are resolved through refunds or replacements based on verified evidence.


2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or broken upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is significantly different from the description

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7–14 days after delivery
  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence

3. Non-Eligible Cases

We do NOT offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size or color selected by customer
  • Change of mind / no longer needed
  • Minor differences in color or size within acceptable tolerance
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

4. No Return Required Policy

  • Customers are not required to return the product
  • Claims are evaluated based on submitted evidence only

5. Claim Process

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo/video proof of the product and packaging

We will review your request within 1–3 business days


6. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Free replacement

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of purchase
  • After 3 hours, orders are automatically processed and cannot be canceled
