Order Cancellation

To ensure fast fulfillment, orders are sent to production within 3 hours of being placed.

You may cancel or modify your order within 3 hours after checkout. After this timeframe, your order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or changed.


Refunds & Replacements

Our goal is to keep customers coming back, not products. If an issue occurs, we will resolve it with either a replacement or a refund—no return of the original item is required. You may keep the item at your discretion.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for coverage.

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival and contacting us right away if there are any issues.


How to Submit a Claim

Step 1: Provide photo evidence

Clear photo proof is required for all claims. Please include at least one well-focused image showing the issue. Claims without photos will not be reviewed.

Step 2: Contact our support team

Email us at help@warmfaith.co with your photo(s) and clearly state whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. This helps us resolve your case faster.

Step 3: Wait for our response

Our support team typically replies within 24–48 hours.


Replacement Timeline

Once your claim is approved for a replacement, our support agent will provide an estimated delivery timeframe. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your replacement has been dispatched. Please monitor this email for updates.


Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact your bank or payment provider.


Important Note

We are unable to process both a refund and a replacement for the same order. Only one resolution option may be selected per claim.
